Claire brings over 10 years experience to her position as Director of Client Service, where it's her job to understand and advocate for the clients' overall strategy while acting as liaison with the idfive internal team.

Before joining our team, Claire was a Senior Project Manager and Director of Account Management at The Berndt Group, as well as an Account Supervisor at Carton Donofrio Partners. She has worked on the entire spectrum of marketing communications projects throughout her career, including website development, both traditional and online advertising, print collateral, and search engine marketing. Her background is on the creative side - she started out as a copywriter - and the creative part of the business is still her passion. But her creative side doesn't keep her away from the technical aspects of the business; to Claire, it's the technology that allows her to be so creative, devising innovative solutions to her clients most demanding technical and communications problems.

Previous clients of Claire's have included numerous colleges and universities, nonprofits, financial services institutions, and retail businesses. She has supervised campaigns both large and small, and has worked on more than 100 web projects over the course of her career.
