As marketing manager for growth5, Grace oversees all projects and makes sure they run seamlessly from start to finish.

Typical projects include: due diligence, feasibility, differentiation & positioning strategies/exercises, and ongoing marketing and strategy initiatives. With more than 12 years of investment banking experience she understands what marketing can do for a company. More importantly, Grace understands how marketing should be utilized based on the business stage of the client.

Prior to Growth5, Grace was an Associate at Banner Capital Markets, LLC. Banner raised capital for small and micro-cap public companies through Private Investments in Public Entities (PIPEs). In that capacity, her responsibilities included due diligence on potential clients; working on client presentations and matching investors to clients.

Before joining Banner, Grace was an Associate on the Syndicate desk of Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown where she spent 4 1/2 years working on over 450 IPOs and secondary offerings. Grace worked closely with both the institutional sales force to find the right investors, and the management teams to create the presentations to potential investors. In addition, Grace worked for four years in investment banking at Alex. Brown where she worked on finding clients in the transportation industry sector.

When Grace isn't focusing on g5, she enjoys traveling, remodeling her home and spending time with family and friends. Grace also volunteers for community-based organizations.
